 Greg Morse brings almost 25 years of banking experience, all in Tarrant County, to his role as CEO
and founding member of Worthington National Bank. Additionally, he is actively involved in the Fort
Worth and Arlington communities and serves on the board of directors for several area non-profits,
including Tarrant County Blue, an organization dedicated to helping the families of fallen police
officers, Wish With Wings, Fort Worth Police Foundation, the Arlington Library Foundation and the
Arlington Police Foundation. Greg completed the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at
Southern Methodist University (SMU), holds an MBA from Texas Christian University and a BBA from
SMU. Additionally, he has taught MBA and senior level finance classes as an adjunct professor at the
University of Texas at Arlington, where he received the Excellence in Teaching Award from UTA. Greg
has also been honored as a 40 Under 40 award recipient. His personal philosophy is, “Work harder
than you are paid for.” Greg’s appreciation for fine art, especially Texas artwork, is visible at each bank
location. Greg grew up in San Angelo, Texas. He is the proud father of two children and currently lives in Fort Worth.

 Matthew Steward brings 26 years of banking experience to his role as President and founding
member of Worthington National Bank. Matthew has degrees from Midwestern State University and
the SMU Graduate School of Banking. Active in his community, he is a part of Big Brothers Big
Sisters of North Texas and Tarrant County Blue. Matthew lives in Mansfield with his wife and three
children. His personal philosophy is “It’s not what you do, but how you do it!” Although an avid
Longhorn fan, he has a daughter attending Arkansas.

 Jim Hall brings 35 years of experience to his role as CFO of Worthington National Bank, and he is
an original founding member of the bank. In the local community, Jim works closely with the Rotary
Club and Kiwanis Club. Married with three grown daughters, his personal motto is: “Always do your

Jo Lynn Dobie brings more than 25 years of banking experience with her to Worthington National Bank. She grew
up in Arlington and earned her Accounting degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. Jo Lynn now lives in
Mansfield with her husband and two young children. Her motto is “Family is everything,” and in her spare time,
she enjoys preserving her family’s precious memories through scrapbooking.

 Sammie Slocum has worked in the banking industry for more than 20 years and is an
original Worthington National Bank team member. She is an active member of Tarrant
County Blue, Trinity United Methodist Church in Arlington, where she sits on the board
of Trustees and the Martin High School Baseball Boster Club. Sammie resides in
Arlington with her husband and two teenaged children. She is an avid sports fan,
especially when her children are in the game, and lives by the motto, “I am too blessed
to be stressed.”

Darren Rundlett has over 10 years experience in the IT industry. He grew up in the Chicago area and went to school
in Milwaukee at Marquette University where he attained a Bachelor of Engineering degree. His favorite saying is

 Maureen Higham brings more than 20 years of experience to her role as Compliance Officer at
Worthington National Bank, and is an original team member of the bank. She earned her

Joy Barrios, who has been with Worthington National Bank since its inception, brings 10 years of banking
experience to her role as Operations Officer at Worthington National Bank and earned her degree from the
University of Texas at Arlington. Joy is currently involved with Team in Training to run her first marathon
in October for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Her personal philosophy is, “What doesn’t kill you,
makes you stronger.” Joy lives in Arlington where she is raising her six-year-old nephew.
Donna brings almost 30 years of experience to her position at the Fort Worth location of Worthington National
Bank. She is active in the community as a member of New World United Methodist Church in Arlington and
with Donate Life Organ Donation Association. Donna’s favorite two phrases are “Go Mavs!” and “Donate life
(be an organ donor).”

 Cee Yager has worked in the banking industry for more than 20 years. In 2004, he won the Texas Star Award as a top 10 employee. He is an avid golfer and a big fan of Longhorn sports.  Dan Mocio brings 25 years of banking experience to his role as Executive Vice President at Worthington National Bank.
