alt Greg Morse brings almost 30 years of banking experience , all in Tarrant County, to his role as CEO and founding member of Worthington National Bank. Additionally, he is actively involved in the community and serves on the board of directors for several area non-profits, including the Southwestern Exposition and Livestock Show, Tarrant County Blue, an organization dedicated to helping the families of fallen police officers, Wish With Wings, Fort Worth Police Foundation, the Arlington Library Foundation and the Arlington Police Foundation, the Texas Bankers Foundation, and he is the Fundraising Chair for Fort Worth Sister Cities.  Greg completed the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University (SMU), holds an MBA from Texas Christian University and a BBA from SMU. Additionally, he has taught MBA and senior level finance classes as an adjunct professor at the University of Texas at Arlington, where he received the Excellence in Teaching Award from UTA. Greg has also been honored as a 40 Under 40 award recipient. His personal philosophy is, "Work harder than you are paid for." Greg's appreciation for fine art, especially Texas artwork, is visible at each bank location. Greg grew up in San Angelo, Texas. He is the proud father of two children and currently lives in Fort Worth. Their family attends McKinney Memorial Bible Church and Mount Olive Missionary Baptist Church. Along with his son, Hud, Greg has completed seven years of Bible Study Fellowship.

Les Shuler brings more than 35 years of banking experience to Worthington National Bank. He earned his bachelor's degree in Business Administration at the University of Texas at Arlington. He is also a graduate of the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University. His poersonal motto is "Excellence is the gradual result of always striving to do better," and in his spare time he enjoys reading, mountain biking, and hiking.

alt Sammie Slocum has worked in the banking industry for more than 25 years and is an original Worthington National Bank team member. She is an active member of Tarrant County Blue and Trinity United Methodist Church in Arlington. Sammie resides in Arlington with her husband of 25 years. They are the proud parents of Nicole, a graduate student at the University of Texas at Arlington, and Trevor, a senior at the University of Texas at Austin. She is an avid sports fan and lives by the motto, "I am too blessed to be stressed."

Joy Pratt, an original Worthington National Bank team member, brings more than 16 years of banking experience to her role as Assistant Vice President of Compliance. Joy earned her degree in operational communications from the University of Texas at Arlington. Her personal philosophy is, "What doesn't kill you, makes you stronger." Joy and her husband, Josh, live in Arlington where they are raising her nephew, Marcus.

Donna Quick brings 30 years of experience to her position at Worthington National Bank. A native of Oklahoma, Donna currently lives in Fort Worth and is active in the community as a member of New World United Methodist Church in Arlington. Her hobbies include scrapbooking, Dallas Mavericks basketball and spending time with family and friends.

Mollie Lowery brings more than 4 years of banking experience to her accounting position at Worthington National Bank. A graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington, Samantha has an associate degree in applied science. Samantha is active in her community, along with her mother, she created a non-profit organization called Dougie's Karma Beads to support the troops. Cee received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas and has an MBA from TCU. An avid golfer and a big fan of Longhorn sports, Cee is involved in several community organizations, including serving as a board of directors member and co-chairman of the golf tournament  committee for the Tarrant County Bankers Association, a board of directors and finance committee member for Fort Worth Sister Cities International, a board of directors member of YWCA Fort Worth & Tarrant and an active participant in BSF. Cee lives in Fort Worth with his wife and two children.

Dan Mocio brings 30 years of banking experience to his role as Executive Vice President at Worthington National Bank. He received his BBA from Texas Wesleyan and enjoys serving actively in several community organizations, including the First Tee of Fort Worth and St. Andrew's Church and School. Dan's personal motto is to "Treat people with respect and always be honest." A Fort Worth native, Dan still calls Fort Worth home, where he lives with his wife Shelly. He has two grown daughters, Courtney who lives and works in Dallas, and Chelsea who attends Texas A&M University. When he's not working, volunteering or spending time with his family, you're likely to find Dan on the golf course.

Lucas Sawyer, Vice President and Chief Deposit Officer at Worthington National Bank, not only manages his portfolio of clients but also is in charge of Cash Management services Worthington offers. With a Bachelors Degree from Indiana University and a background in Wealth Management and Private Banking, all of his clients enjoy the Private Bank level of service and relationship. Lucas presently serves as Chairman on the Board of Directors for the Fort Worth Business Assistance Center. Lucas is also active with Fort Worth South, Inc., has written and facilitates a Money Management Program at Tarrant County College-River Campus, is an active member of the Cowtown Executive Association and is an alumnus of Leadership Fort Worth’s Leading Edge Program.

Marcus serves as a teller and assists with many banking operational needs at Worthington National Bank. A resident of Maypearl, Marcus is an active member at "The Avenue Baptist Church" in Waxahachie. He also volunteers with the Angel's league, a sports league for Down Syndrome and handicapped children. Marcus is a student at Tarleton State University's satellite campus in Fort Worth where he is majoring in interdisciplinary businesswith a focus in finance. His personal motto is "If your not living on the edge you're taking up too much space." In his free time, Marcus enjoys wakeboarding, paintball and traveling when possible.

Mike Jarrett brings more than 40 years of banking experience to his role as President of the Arlington market for Worthington National Bank. Mike has been actively involved with numerous non-profit organizations over the years including serving on the Board of Directors of United Way, YMCA, Junior Achievement and Theatre Arlington and is a Rotarian. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Great Southwest Industrial District Association and the Arlington ISD Education Foundation. He has also been active civically having served on the City of Arlington Zoning Board of Adjustments and is an alumni of Leadership Arlington. Mike holds a BBA from The University of Texas at Arlington (UTA), an MBA from Southern Methodist University (SMU) and has completed the Texas Tech Intermediate School of Banking as well as the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at SMU. Additionally, he has taught banking courses thru the American Institute of Banking (AIB), served on the faculty of the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking and is a Director of the North Texas Chapter of the Risk Management Association (RMA). His personal philosophy is “Mutual respect and success are earned not given so strive to be the best that you can be every day”. Mike grew up in Fort Worth, lives in Arlington, and is married and the proud father of two children. He is an avid supporter of our area professional sports teams and in his spare time enjoys playing golf.

Jim Morse brings more than 25 years of banking experience to his role as Executive Vice President at Worthington National Bank. As executive vice president, Jim Morse initiates and manages commercial real estate as well as commercial, industrial and consumer portfolios. Jim graduated from the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado and also holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Texas Tech University. His personal philosophy is a Bible verse, Colossians 3:23: “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men.”

Laura Jordan began her career in banking in 2004 and has been successful in learning and developing her knowledge of the industry. She still resides in Grand Prairie, where she grew up. Outside of work, Laura enjoys teaching the Bible in French to African refugees, spending time with her friends and family and doing almost anything outdoors. She is also a published poet and artist.

Jordan Williams began her banking career with Worthington National Bank in 2009 as a member of financial services. She helps customers with all their daily needs and transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers and online banking questions. A native of Tyler, Jordan currently resides in Lewisville and is pursuing a degree in public relations from the University of Texas at Arlington. Vangie Gonzales brings more than 17 years of banking experience to her position as Assistant Vice President, Teller Supervisor at Worthington National Bank. A native of Fort Worth, Vangie currently lives in Haslet. Gary lives in Northeast Tarrant County with his wife and two sons.

Justin Coon brings over 8 years of banking experience to his role as Vice President of Commercial Banking at Worthington's Colleyville office. Justin holds a Bachelor of Finance degree from Baylor University. He is active in the HEB and Colleyville Chambers of Commerce and is an alumni of the Leadership Mansfield program. In addition, he serves as a member of the Keller Rotary Club and the Tarrant County Banker's Association and is the past President of the Fort Worth Sigma Chi Alumni Club. He is also a coach in special needs sports league, SuperKids, and an active participant in the Baylor Business Network of Fort Worth. He lives in NE Tarrant County with his wife, Keahley, their Boston Terrier, Fergie, and cat, Charlie.

Barbara J. Kelley brings 34 years of banking experience to her position as Assistant Vice President - Financial Services for Worthington National Bank. Active in the community, Barbara has volunteered at the Colleyville Chamber of Commerce's City Slicker fund raisers for the last 14 years. She also serves on the board of the Bedford Villas homeowners association. In her free time Barbara enjoys working in her flower gardens, attending Rangers games and spending time with her husband Roddy, and children Connie & Clay.
